Founder and Director of
Laff!

In 1991, Sherie founded LAFF! for the purpose of offering after school enrichment programs in Creativity, Accelerate Learning, and the Performing Arts to students, Pre-K through High School. These programs evolved into the courses and workshops for which LAFF! is widely known.

During the past two decades, Sherie has studied innovative learning systems with many of the top trainers in the country. She has taught immersion classes in Creativity for Super Camp and has served as a senior trainer for True Colors, Inc. for the past six years. Sherie also has taught Public Speaking on the university level for Marist College and Theatre Arts for the prestigious World Campus Afloat program.

Sherie's experiences traveling around the world with WCA greatly influenced her appreciation for multicultural, experiential learning, and subsequently prompted her to incorporate Transglobal Theatre Seminars in l979, a company which developed fully accredited college courses in the Performing Arts for students traveling to New York, England, and Europe.

In addition to her educational consulting work, Sherie is currently an Adjunct in Graduate Education for the State Universities for New York City, Mount Saint Mary, and The College of New Rochelle. She is also preparing a book with Penelope Torribio entitled, "How to Have FUN Helping Your Children With Their Homework!"
